美国职业教育学会APEI（American professional Education Institute）是由美国加州职业教育学会联合美国佐治亚技术学院，加州大学，加州理工等大学，以及企业职业工会的专家教授共同组建成立的非营利性教育组织，是一所研究并推广职业教育和认证的全球化专业机构。学会职业培训认证范围主要包括通用管理类、金融理财类、社会服务类、机械建筑类、职业技术类等方面，涉及培训、考评、认证、就业的专业性研究与实施。其执业认证资格受到美国政府与企业界的广泛认可。

               在中国，APEI主要通过与中国教育机构的合作，协助中国合作伙伴开展社会从业人员、教育管理人员、高校学习人员的职业方向培训；优秀职业体系的推广实施；中美、中欧等国家和地区的学生校际学分互认、联合培养；大学间信息共享、国际交流研修等教育项目。

       学会与中国教育部、工信部、人力资源和社会保障部、交通部等多部委相关部门已建立了良好的沟通渠道。并希望通过与中国成人教育协会、中国中小企业合作发展促进中心、人力资源和社会保障部中国就业联合会，中国教育国际交流协会等机构的合作，总结出一套适合中国职业教育发展的考评、培训方法(体系)。

The American        professional Education Institute Jointly by the University of California Professional Education            Institute of  USA and Georgia Institute ,of Technology, the University of California,            the California Institute of Technology and other universities, as well as experts            and professors occupational unions jointly established non-profit educational organization            founded, is a research and promotion of vocational education and certification of            global professional organizations. Learn vocational training certification scope            includes general management classes, financial planning classes, social services,            machinery construction category, vocational and technical classes, etc., involved            in the training, evaluation, certification, employment, professional research and            implementation. Its practice certification is widely recognized by the US government            and the business community.

In China,        APEI mainly through cooperation with Chinese educational institutions and learn        to help Chinese partner institutions vocational direction of social workers, educational        administrators, university staff learning training certification; promote the implementation        of outstanding professional system; America, mutual recognition of credits students        intercollegiate Central Europe and other countries and regions, joint training;        university information sharing, training and other educational programs of international        exchange
